4 MONTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME
Welcome to our mentorship programme where we will look at every aspect of your life, your mindset, health, fitness, wellbeing, personal/business life, skiing (if relevant), and your short- and long-term goals.
This programme has been designed especially for you based on our initial conversation and the needs and goals that were highlighted.
Each week you will have a 30-40min call with me, Stuart Bernard, and I will guide you through the steps and adjustments needed in order to achieve your goals and aspirations.
During the calls we will discuss where you are at present and where you want to get to. We will work together to highlight areas in need of development in both the long- and short-term.
Each week you will agree the areas of development and review these in following call one week later. This way you will build from one week to the next enabling long-term change.
The Programme includes the following:
• 4 months 1:1 mentoring every Thursday for 30-40 min Zoom call at 5 PM UK time from the 18th February – 3rd June 2021
• Long and short term goal setting
This may consist of all, or a combination, of the following areas if you feel drawn to them, or feel that they do, or will, impact on your development and goals.
• Skiing, technical, psychological and teaching (if training to be an instructor)
• Business and personal life
The way you do one thing is the way you do everything, so what you do in one area in your life my have a direct impact on what you do in another.
Together we will find a path forward for you; you will be amazed and what you will be able to achieve.
