Due to the huge success of our recent ‘Focus Your Mind 7 Day Challenge’, where all group members pushed hard every day to create a stronger mind and body, I thought I would ‘up’ the challenge.

Changing ingrained habits takes time, many many hours of repetition and complete focus and commitment.

A 30 day commitment is the first step to really creating new habits and behaviour-change; 7 days is an exciting, whirlwind adventure of achievement and possibility whereas 30 days helps develop your determination and focus when achieving change starts to feel difficult and challenging.

Joining our 30 day challenge means joining a community that will help you crush the negative mind and push you to achieve those goals that you have been striving for.

Why does it work?

If left to its own devices the brain defaults to a negative perspective and talks you out of trying to change by preferring the familiar and ‘easy’ option. By choosing to hit key goals every day you are training your brain to shift focus and it will learn that you will hit these goals no mater what.

Over time the negative voices becomes quieter; they will always be there but you will learn how to become aware of when this is happening, recognise what is happening, and stop it in its tracks and preventing the negative mind spiralling out of control.

Awareness of the negative mindset is key because , if you don’t even know it is happening it is impossible to address or manage.

How does it work?

The challenge will start with an initial  Zoom call on Sunday 14th March 7.30pm before the challenge starts to set out how the 30 days challenge will run and to work through potential goal ideas.

Each week you will have two Zoom calls per week with me,  Stuart Bernard, on a Sunday and Thursday. These calls will be a combination of lessons, activities and reviewing what you achieved through the week. I will guide you through the steps and adjustments needed in order to achieve your goals and aspirations that you have set out for the challenge and beyond.

The Challenge includes the following: 

• Two Zoom calls per week, Sunday and Thursday at 7.30pm. To teach you the skills to help with a positive mindset, review action points, long and short term goal setting
• Access to private Facebook group
• Group accountability

We will be looking at all, or a combination, of the following areas in your life, these all have an impact on your life in both the long and short term.

• Mindset
• Wellbeing
• Health
• Fitness
• Business and personal life
• Relationships

The way you do one thing is the way you do everything, so what you do in one area in your life my have a direct impact on what you do in another. If you have an undesirable habit or trait in your work life you probably carry this over into your personal life and vice versa.

Together we will find a path forward for you; you will be amazed and what you will be able to achieve in just 30 days.
