NEW Instructor & Personal Performance Day Courses
Chill Factore, Manchester
2 day bumps specific training: BASI L1 – L4 / skiing levels 4 – 6
Like or loathe the bumps? Our two-day bumps course is perfect for those who haven’t yet found the love, or for those looking to really ramp up their development.
How long do we ski?
You will spend five hours on the hill each day with a 1 hour break for lunch and to view video. That’s a total of 10 hours of bumps-specific training!
Want even more practice?
If you still have energy after each session finishes at 4pm and you would like to develop those new skills further you can ski till 6pm for no extra charge!
What will the days look like?
These courses are run over two days to build your confidence and technique in smaller more forgiving bumps on the first day to bigger and more challenging bumps on the second day.
This gradual increase in difficulty creates a unique training environment that enables you to master key skills in a less intimidating environment. Your technical skills and mindset will become more challenged over the duration of the course as the line through the bumps changes in difficulty and size.
You will receive a mixture of technical training, 1:1 feedback and video analysis of your performance.
Time will be spent both in and out of the bumps in order to maximise your skill development, including some piste performance of long and short turns to help build versatility and foot agility.
Your coach Stuart Bernard will give guidance as to areas of development and where you stand in relation to the criteria for any up and coming exams.
