A Full-Day Immersive Ski Experience
Join us for an action-packed day designed to elevate every aspect of your skiing – from mindset to movement, gear to goals. From mental strategies to physical conditioning, ski coaching to equipment testing – you’ll gain practical tools to take straight to the slopes. You’ll spend the day rotating through four dynamic workshops, both on and off the snow, with leading industry experts.
🔁 Workshop Format
- 4 workshops: 2 on-snow, 2 off-snow
- Workshop duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
- Rotations: You’ll stay in your group (Group C) all day, rotating and alternating between on- and off-snow sessions
- Morning sessions: 2 workshops + refreshment break
- Lunch: 1-hour lunch at 13:30. (Pre-book your lunch on the day at The Lodge when you arrive at the start of the event (ask for it to be ready for 13.30!)
- Afternoon sessions: 2 workshops + refreshment break
Workshops are highly interactive – expect movement, experimentation, and expert support throughout. You won’t be standing around listening to lectures. You’ll be involved in every step of your learning.

Strength & Conditioning + Physio
Led by Elite Physical Medicine and High Performance S&C, learn how to physically prepare your body for skiing – and stay injury-free.

2025–26 Ski Testing
Try the latest skis from Atomic, Rossignol, and Dynastar, with support from Ski Bartlett and coaching from Ski Focus.

Precision Boot Fitting

Experience cutting-edge technology with Carv, your digital ski coach – plus more ski testing and live coaching with the Ski Focus team.
🧭 Start the Day Right
We begin at 09:30 sharp with a welcome from the team and a mindset workshop led by Stuart Bernard, BASI L4 ISTD and Mindset Coach. Learn how to harness the power of your mind, manage the inner critic, and unlock your full skiing potential.
🕔 Wrap-Up & Q&A
All workshops finish at 17:30, followed by a 30-minute group debrief and open Q&A – a chance to reflect, ask questions, and get the most from your day.
