Due to the huge successes of our first ‘Focus Your Mind 7 Day Challenge’ and recent ‘Focus Your Mind 30 Day Challenge’, I thought I would up the ante in a big way.
On the 31st May we will be running a programme called ‘Mindset 60’. As the name suggests, the course will run for 60 days and is designed to help you create new habits and behaviours designed to support the development of key areas in your life. Areas explored will include, but not be limited to, career, relationships (personal and professional), intellect (this isn’t just about how “book smart” you are), physical (more than just how fast and far you can run), emotions (how aware and in control of them you are) and spirituality (not just about religion).
A 60 day commitment is the first step to really creating new habits, behaviour-change and engraining these habits into your daily life.
How is it different?
30 days is an exciting, whirlwind adventure of achievement and possibility whereas 60 days helps develop your determination and focus when achieving change starts to feel difficult and challenging.
Joining our 60 day programme means joining a community that will help you learn to overcome the negative mind and push you to achieve those goals that you have been striving for.
Why does it work?
Choosing to hit key goals every day trains your brain to shift focus and it starts learn that you will hit these goals no mater what. If left to its own devices the brain defaults to a negative perspective and talks you out of trying to change by preferring the familiar and ‘easy’ option.
Over time the negative voices becomes quieter; they will always be there but you will learn how to become aware of when they appear, recognise what is happening, and stop them in their tracks, preventing the negative mind spiralling out of control.
Awareness of the negative mindset is key because if you don’t even know it is happening it is impossible to address or manage.
How does it work?
The programme will start with an initial Zoom call on Sunday 30th May at 8.00pm before the programme starts to set out how the 60 days will run and to work through potential goal ideas.
Each week you will have two Zoom calls per week with me, Stuart Bernard, on a Sunday and Wednesday. These calls will be a combination of lessons, activities and reviewing what you achieved through the week. I will guide you through the steps and adjustments needed in order to achieve your goals and aspirations that you have set out for the course and beyond.
The course includes the following:
• Two Zoom calls per week, Sunday and Wednesday at 8.00pm. To teach you the skills to help with a positive mindset, review action points, long and short term goal setting
• Access to private Facebook group
• Group accountability
We will be looking at all, or a combination, of the following areas in your life, these all have an impact on your life in both the long and short term.
• Business and personal life
The way you do one thing is the way you do everything, so what you do in one area in your life my have a direct impact on what you do in another. If you have an undesirable habit or behaviour in your work life you probably carry this over into your personal life and vice versa.
Together we will find a path forward for you; you will be amazed and what you will be able to achieve in just 60 days.
