At Ski Focus, personal performance training is about learning key skills on terrain you’re comfortable with, refining them, and then applying them where they’re most needed.
Whatever your level, effective skiing comes down to three core actions: edging (tilting the ski), pressure control, and rotation. Most skiers struggle because they don’t adapt these movements to suit different conditions. We help you learn how to adjust your technique, making your skiing more efficient, controlled, and enjoyable across all terrain.
Ski Focus offers year-round coaching in the UK and around six weeks of training each winter in Tignes, France. Depending on location, coaching is available in the following formats:.
UK Year-Round Coaching
- Private Coaching & Bespoke Programmes – One-to-one or small group sessions tailored to your needs, with the option of custom-designed programmes to support long-term progression.
- Ski Focus Skills Lab – Intensive adult training using video analysis and expert feedback to improve core technique.
- Skills Lab Junior – A fun, structured version of the Skills Lab for younger skiers, focused on building strong foundations.

Tignes, France – Winter Coaching
- Private Coaching Weeks – Five half days or five full days of one-to-one or small group coaching, personalised to your goals and ability.
- All Mountain Ski Camps – Five-day camps designed to develop your skills across varied terrain including steeps, bumps, and off-piste, with expert instruction and video feedback.
